PHA Gluconic Acid Exfoliation Essence

Properties:
The PHA (polyhydroxy acid) exfoliating fluid gently removes skin debris. At the same time, it works as a water magnet, attracting moisture and transporting it deeper into the skin for a visible and noticeable moisture boost.

Application:
Apply once or twice a week and avoid contact with eyes and mucous membranes. Leave on for 10-15 minutes and remove with water. In the following treatments and if well tolerated, leave on the skin for up to 45 minutes, when used within a moisterising cure treatment, even overnight. In this case, rinse well in the morning and hydrate intensively with a Re-charge product. No application of Re-cover before or Re-turn after necessary.

Benefits:
Re-action control is not a fruit acid (= AHA) but a Polyhydroxy acid (= PHA) that will take back control over hypersensitive skin. An Acid for those who cannot use acid because of particular skin conditions such as hyper sensitive skin or acute inflammatory rosacea.
Ingredients
AQUA (WATER), GLUCONOLACTONE, GLYCERIN, XANTHAN GUM, PHENOXYETHANOL, ETHYLHEXYLGLYCERIN, AMINOPROPANEDIOL, AQUA (WATER).
Contraindications:
Allergies, pregnancy and lactation, sun or UV exposure, herpes affected zones.
Gluconolactone:
PHA is the perfect product to smoothen, hydrate and plump skin – for an easy and quick refresh. Instead of penetrating deep skin layers, it gently removes any debris that‘s sitting on top of it. PHAs even combat glycation, a process that weakens collagen and elastin in your skin. Plus: PHAs aren‘t known for having side effects and can be used for any skin type! The ‚POLY‘ in polyhydroxy acids stands for ‚many‘. In this case, it stands for many hydroxy acids. These hydroxyl groups make PHA a humectant, an ingredient that pulls water deeper into the skin – it´s literally water loving! Water (moisture) in the serums that is applied afterwards is pulled deeper into the skin and guarantees an extra hit of hydration.
